Our customers are companies whose success relies upon optimal leveraging of their operational data (e-commerce and retailing, telecom operators, health, ...).

For eBay, for instance, we built sellers and buyers probabilistic behavorial models for targeting or retention tasks, we collaborated to the development of techniques to assess items quality and predict potential BBE (Bad Buyer Experience) and we collaborated with San Jose (CA) team to optimize the BestMatch ranking algorithm.

For the telecommunications industry we have worked with Meucci Solutions (Belgium) to create algorithms for detecting abnormal traffic patterns in roaming activities.

We are attending the 2012 AMIA annual conference, that is holding in Chicago from November the 3rd to November the 7th. We will take the occasion of a poster to present Melissa, a new research project aiming at interfacing R statistical software with an I2B2 biomedical data sharing platform.
